Watch out for something new . . . maybe

I have spoken to some of my best friends recently about my blog. I have come to a conclusion that this really needs kicked up a notch. And on that note, I think that maybe having a couple of guest bloggers could bring some spice to the page & let you into another aspect of my life through different eyes. I am thinking of having my 2 besties that live up north (the D.C. area & NYC) guest blog with an "up north update" as to what is going on in their lives & what is hot/trending up there. I am also thinking of having my bestie down here (Jbooty, who is into fashion BIG TIME) guest blog with a "Friday fit", which would be a look of the day type of thing. After all she is one fly chica that looks good whenever we go out. So why not save it for posterity? Anyhow, these are all ideas that I am tinkering with to keep us all interested and involved with this fancy blog of mine. If you have any ideas of what I can do or share to make this blog even cooler (don't strain yourself, because it will be hard to improve on perfection) please just let me know.


I love you all & thank you for your support in my journey through this crazy social media thing that has taken over me. I would also like to thank each of you that have comments and or kind words to say about any of my entries. The great thing about having a blog, is that it gives me an outlet that I would have never had otherwise. It has helped me work through feelings that would normally be bottled up, and possibly take forever for me to deal with on a normal basis. Now I have the ability to get it all out, good or bad and then have to deal with it no matter what. I've also learned how supportive my friends are with things that are normally unspoken. So again I thank you all for being there for me in your own way while I muck around this thing called life.


And on a total side note that has nothing to do with any of this, I want to go back to Tortola! I am thinking of planning a trip for my 28th birthday in March. Maybe 2 weeks to properly visit my family & enjoy everything that the Caribbean has to offer. I will leave you all with this lovely pic of a sunset at Cane Garden Bay, Tortola.
